Hello friends, I decided to switch things up this month and share with you all some home decor and other fun items I have been loving for this month. I truly love watching and reading about other bloggers or YouTube personalities share items that they are in love with for the month. So needless to say I just felt excited to round up my 5 favorites things with you all too!!

My favorites will range from items for the home to adorable accessories and game-changing books to enhance your skill set and life. If you are ready to see what they are, then keep on reading.

1. Heirloom Walnut Wood Cutting Board.

Okay, now don’t let the sugary goodness of the coffee and apple turnover distract you, but the cutting board from Macy’s is truly the feature for me. This walnut wood cutting board is from the Modern Heirloom collection by Martha Steward Collection. It is 19.4 inches x 7 inches in length and width. It is extremely durable and perfect for cutting or styling a yummy cheese board for your friends and family. Sidebar- Yes I have a slight Rae Dunn Clay Obsession too, but that will be in another post, lol.

2. Tasseled Earring Obsession

This season, tasseled earrings are the thing! Every fashionista I know has a pair or two in their collection. I wasn’t really looking to wear them this season until I came across these adorable coral string tassel drop Earrings at my local Target. Yes, I said it target! Baublebar has a line of accessories at target called Sugarfix by Baublebar. The line of accessories range from $12.99 and up. I fell in love with this style due to the ornately embellished top and the flare of the tasseled bottom. I am tempted to go back and order the turquoise and neon yellow version too!

3. Fun Bracelets & Bangles

Earlier this month I fell in love with Pareesha, the owner of the Pink Swan Shop on Instagram. She sells beautiful fashions and accessories on her site. What I fell in love with first is her mission At Pink Swan, which is to empower women. They strive to select products keeping in mind women of all shapes and sizes. Their goal is to make you fall in love with fashion once again and break those ideal body stereotypes that we women have been attached to in the past. After learning about her and her company, I was compelled to support her business and at the same time treat myself to more fun accessories for the summer!!

The first fun piece that I was excited to have in my life was the Mila Bracelet in the mint color. I love the beautiful beading and the fun tassel on the end. This will be a perfect addition to my watch and other arm candy I have in my collection. The other piece that I adore is the Julia Bangle in the silver toned. It’s simple, sleek at offers a little bit of sparkle with the crystal accents. If you are looking for some fun accessories, I definitely recommend you to check out her shop.

4. Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert

My goal in the new year is to add new reading material that will better myself and others. Just recently, I decided to take the challenge and find a book that would uplift & inspire me to achieve my goals. Earlier this month come across this great read on my friend Krista’s site,  In April she wrote about 7 Books That Changed  Her Life, and one of them was “Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear,” by Elizabeth Gilbert was.

This book has made me realize what my hidden gems or talents are and to put them into action without fear. If you are looking to uncover your hidden possibilities and challenge yourself, I highly recommend reading this book!! I just downloaded the kindle app on my tablet and purchased the digital copy, and I was good to go!!

5. Morning Tea For One & Adorable Journals

I don’t know about you, but I love to journal and to journal in a notebook that is pink and adorable gives me life!! I came across this spiral-bound notebook by Dayna Lee Collection at my local TJ Maxx. It caught my eye because it was pink and the cute quote, “Her Brilliant and Absolutely Fabulous Ideas,” that is embossed on the front. I wish I would have captured a picture of the quote that is located on the inside!! But it says, “I look forward to.. holding any thoughts, dreams, goals, *brilliant ideas, and AMAZING moments because you go this!” Aren’t you ready to conquer the world with that quote?? Girl…I am on fire!! You can also find similar notebooks like this on Amazon too.

Lastly, for those days when I want a good cup of tea that will soothe my soul, I love to serve it in my Tea in One set. Yes, I love it because it is pink, but I also love it because I can take this up to my office (2 story home) and have the perfect amount ready for me to enjoy. Tea in One set makes a perfect gift for your friends that love tea served in a beautiful way.
