ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry (19 years of age or older if a resident of AL or NE). Void in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

Contest is subject to federal, state and local law. Employees of E-Brands Unlimited LLC, its affiliates and/or subsidiaries, advertising/sales promotion agencies, and immediate families of each are not eligible to enter or win.

FORM OF ENTRY: Entrants must utilize the contest widget (“Entry”) between 12:00 a.m. ET on 1/6/17 and 11:59 p.m. ET on 2/8/17 using the designated entry form.

PRIZE/DRAWING DETAILS:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner of the following prize:

A winner will be chosen on or about 2/9/16 from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be selected by E-Brands Unlimited LLC. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing and must respond by email within fifty four (54) hours of notification or the prize will be awarded to another party. Potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, a publicity release, and federal and state tax release, and return same, properly executed, via overnight mail, within seven (7) days of issuance of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entrants also consent to the use of his/her name/likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is allowed. Odds of winning any prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the winners. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted, except by sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable.

Releasees and any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected mail, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, human, printing or other errors, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest, or any other technical or other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned, or if this contest or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the contest and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in sponsor's sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, modify or suspend this contest or any portion thereof. In the event this contest is cancelled, sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received for the drawing prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. All entrants must be natural persons.
